Assignment disclosure

Some houses on the deals pages are offered by assignment. J.R.Heller.com LLC may hold a contract to purchase the house and may assign that contract to you, instead of selling a house the company already owns.

The written agreement should say whether the deal is an assignment, who the parties are, and the price you agree to pay. Read that agreement before you sign. A request for information, or an offer submitted on this website, is not a contract.
